Tell us about your journey into photography?
I have always been drawn to a creative mindset.
How do you get into a great creative headspace?
It usually involves being alone and diving deep into my own mind.
What does a typical work day look like for you?
No day is the same which I love.
How would you describe your philosophy on living well?
What are your self-care rituals?
Drinking lots of water, remembering to be still, swimming in the ocean.
What is your favourite meal to share with family and friends?
One thats been prepared together.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t be afraid of confidence.
What about the future excites you the most?
Where are your favourite places to escape to?
Anywhere by the sea.
What songs do you currently have on repeat?
Tunes by Saâda Bonaire or Connan Mockasin.
What is a book that you have read that had a lasting impression?
Parts of “The body keeps the score” by Bessel van der Kolk will forever stay with me.
What are your go to self-care products?
Coconut oil, Aliange face masks, AYU oils.
